Shipping & Handling

A delivery charge of £2.50 will be charged on all orders inside the United Kingdom. Delivery is provided by the Royal Mail and will be dispatched first class. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon (Mon-Fri) on the same day, subject to stock and availability. Please allow 2 – 3 working days for delivery. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday or Weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. We do not deliver or dispatch orders on a Sunday, bank holiday Mondays or on public holidays.

Please note that postage and packaging is non refundable. We would also advise you to obtain proof of postage when returning goods as we are unable to claim responsibility for any items lost in transport

UK Next Day Delivery

Next Day delivery is guaranteed Monday to Friday providing you order by 12noon.

Orders placed after 12noon on Friday and at any time over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday and will reach you, at the earliest, on Tuesday.

The cost of UK Special Next Day delivery is £4.50

Security is one of the most considerable concerns for the online shopper, and that’s why we at Peekaboot use the WorldPay payment system. Certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, all transactions are protected by a 128 bit encryption and any communication between the shopper and Worldpay is also encrypted.

Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your product then we will offer you a hassle-free refund, exchange or replacement. Just return your product within 14 days in its original packaging. Please note that the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your Peekaboot shoes, we offer a hassle free returns policy. Return your unworn shoes in their original packaging and condition within 14 days for an exchange, replacement or a full refund. Please return the shoes to the following address specifying whether you need a replacement, refund or exchange: Peekaboot, 6 Tregate Close, Osbaston, Monmouth NP25 3AT

Damaged or lost items

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, we will replace the goods to an equal value or offer a full refund after a full investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out. Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
